With a warranty of the movement, our guarantee also includes the following:

  • 1. If an engraving error occurs, even after receiving accurate personalized information from you, such as mistakenly engraving 'John' as 'Jony', a full refund will be provided.

  • 2. If a customized tune error occurs, the music box could play a tune other than what was selected from our auditions list. A full refund is guaranteed. Take time to listen before finalizing your choice. Each tune corresponds to a different length of music, ranging between 11-20 seconds and played in a loop.

  • 3. If the engraving does not meet expectations, we will reimburse the difference in cost between 'No Engraving' and 'Add Engraving' options. The typesetting template will usually be sent via email for confirmation. Default typesetting will be applied if no response is received within 12 hours.

I was initially hesitant to place an order with a company I had never done business with before. However, Goshall seemed to offer many of the custom features I was looking for in a musical carousel. As I began the ordering process, I was pleased with the ease of selecting options such as music and personalization styles and fonts. I was able to make my selections with confidence, knowing that I was ordering exactly what I wanted. After submitting my order, I realized I had made an error in the recipient's address. I panicked and emailed the company, and within a few minutes, they had corrected the mistake and provided a screenshot as confirmation. Shortly thereafter, I received another email with a detailed review of my order. This was a wonderful touch, as it provided a visual representation of the completed item. The gift arrived just under three weeks from the date I placed the order, which was within the timeframe the company had provided. Considering the personalization and production time, I was satisfied with the delivery time. Our product processing time is 1-3 consecutive days before shipping, and delivery time frames start from the dispatch date. Free standard shipping to the US and Canada takes 7-15 business days, with an average shipping time of 10 business days.
