We will confirm the mock-up and custom tune with our customer within 24 hours. If customization is not required, this step will be skipped. We will revise the mock-up based on customer feedback until they are satisfied. If no response is received within 24 hours, we will proceed with the designed customization.

All the music boxes we are selling are part of our company's standing stock. Our company has its own warehouse and exhibition hall, and this stock has passed our initial quality inspection after production in the factory.

Usually, this step takes 1-3 days to complete. Our company's technicians possess skilled engraving techniques and excellent craftsmanship, ensuring that each music box receives one-on-one attention from a dedicated technician.

After the music box is customized, we will reinspect it for defects, verify that the engraved content matches the customer's order information, and ensure the customized melody is correct. We will also record a quality inspection video of your music box.

From customer order to music box customization, we usually require 48 to 72 hours to complete. For some urgent orders, we will expedite the process. Our staff will perform basic cleaning of the music box, check for dust, and use PE foam, bubble wrap, or other cushioning materials to protect it during shipment.

All our music boxes are packaged in cartons. For Free Shipping, we typically use USPS. To ensure security, we use double carton packaging. For Expedited Shipping, we choose DHL or other commercial express services. Commercial express services offer high security but require single carton packaging with their plastic bag on the outside.

After the customer places an order, the total processing time for our customized music box (within 72 hours) and shipping results in an average delivery time of 10-18 days for Free Shipping, while the average delivery time for Expedited Shipping is 6-10 days. Sometimes it is faster, depending on the logistics company's efficiency.

If there is an engraving or customization error, we will provide a refund as detailed on our product page. Our Personalized Music Box has a 1-year Warranty on the movement from the purchase date.
