Personalized Anniversary Music Box

This is a high-quality, moderately-priced and really sweet looking music box that can be customized in a variety of ways. It's going to be a great gift for a good friend! Very good company to work with.

I ordered one of these beautiful music boxes as a Christmas gift for my wife. I really wanted The Beatles "And I Love Her" to be the song that played. Upon searching, the only music boxes with that song available were loaded with a digital version of the full song to play through a tiny speaker. That removes the excitement of the sound of a real music box! Finally, I came across these boxes. They're wind up mechanical boxes made with real wood that can be engraved. Most importantly, they had the right song! I quickly placed an order and thought all was well. A few hours later, I realized I did my math wrong for the engraving. I asked for "Our 25th Christmas" when it was, in fact, our 26th. I quickly emailed, thinking my message would be missed before the engraving was done and I ruined the gift. The next day, I had an email saying that they could fix the issue AND sent me an image of it to approve. After approval, the box was sent. It arrived in time for Christmas, as promised. It was well packed and sealed. Once I opened it, I knew it was absolutely perfect. When my wife opened this box, she thought it was cute and sweet. Then she wound the crank and heard the song. She cried tears of joy and gave me a huge hug. She didn't realize, at first, just how special this little box is. Thank you so much for your help and expertise.

The seller is super responsible. My package was lost by USPS, I contact the seller and they ship another one immediatly through DHL! The package arrived on time and I am extrmely pleased with the music box! The wood is high quality and engraving is beautiful! The music is also great!
