With a warranty of the movement, our guarantee also includes the following:

  • 1. Should an engraving error occur even after receiving accurate personalized information from you, such as mistakenly engraving 'John' as 'Jony', a full refund will be provided.

  • 2. Should a tune error occur, the music box could play a tune other than what was selected from our auditions list. A full refund is guaranteed. Take time to listen before finalizing your choice. Each tune corresponds to a different length of music, ranging between 11-20 seconds and played in a loop.

  • 3. If the engraving does not meet expectations, we will reimburse the difference in cost between 'No Engraving' and 'Add Engraving' options. The Mock-up will usually be sent via email for confirmation. Default typesetting will be applied if no response is received within 12 hours.
